The way the patented swivel works is that the case must be turned upside down to take out of the swivel belt clip and can be inserted back in any direction. We have a Limited 90 days Warranty on all our products. This case has been designed and made to fit Motorola XTN series & CP100 model radios. It may fit other two way radios not mentioned.
